Non-Returnable Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (Ghee/Groceries), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind.

Taste preference.
-
Products that have been opened or used.
For health and safety reasons, once a food product has been shipped from our facility, we cannot accept it back.
Damages and Issues
While we do not accept returns, we guarantee the quality of our delivery. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right.
How to report an issue:

Do not dispose of the item immediately.

Take clear photos or videos of the damaged box and the product.

Email us at support@mealistic.com or WhatsApp +91 75884 27774 within 24 hours of delivery.
Resolution: Upon verification of the damage, we will offer either:

A free replacement sent to you immediately, OR
-
A full refund to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner (Shiprocket), it cannot be cancelled.
Failed Deliveries (RTO)
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package 3 times. If you are unavailable to receive the package after these attempts, or if the provided address/phone number is incorrect, the package will be returned to us (RTO).
In such cases, since the product is food-based and shipping costs were incurred, we reserve the right to deduct the two-way shipping charges (forward + return) from any refund issued.
