Shipping Costs & Pricing

We believe in providing a simple and transparent shopping experience.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: The price listed on our product pages is the final price you pay. Shipping costs are already factored into the product price, ensuring no hidden delivery fees are added at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) of receiving your order confirmation.

  • Dispatch Location: All products are securely packaged and dispatched from our facility in Chandrapur, Maharashtra.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order is confirmed, and a second notification when it has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

We use Shiprocket to partner with India’s most reliable courier services (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees) to ensure timely delivery.

Please note: These timelines are estimates. Unforeseen delays due to weather, courier logistics, or local restrictions may occur.

Order Tracking & Serviceability

  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a Tracking ID via email and SMS. This link allows you to monitor the real-time status of your package on our courier partner’s tracking page.

  • Serviceable Pin Codes: Through Shiprocket, we service an extensive network of over 29,000 pin codes across India.

  • Unserviceable Areas: In the rare event that your specific pin code is not serviceable by our partners, we will notify you and immediately issue a full refund for the order.

Damages and Issues

As our products (Ghee/Groceries) are packaged in fragile materials and are non-returnable food items, we have a strict process for handling in-transit issues.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if the package is compromised, please do not accept the delivery if the damage is visible. If the damage is discovered after opening:

    1. Immediately take clear photos or a video of the damaged product and the box.

    2. Email the evidence to support@mealistic.com or WhatsApp us at +91 75884 27774 within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will promptly arrange for a free replacement to be shipped, or issue a full refund.

Returns & Failed Deliveries (Non-Returnable Policy)

A. Non-Returnable Products

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, all our products are considered non-returnable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or incorrect items received. All sales are final.

B. Failed Delivery (RTO)

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the delivery is refused, the package will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Since shipping costs are incurred for both the forward and return journey, we reserve the right to deduct the two-way shipping charges from any refund issued for failed deliveries.
